Latest Post: The Faith of Moses

Hebrews 11:23-29 speaks of the faith of Moses. I was thinking of his trip through the desert wilderness with about three million people and what faith it took.

According to the Quartermaster General in the Army, it is reported that Moses would have to have 1,500 tons of food each day. To bring that much food each day would require two freight trains each a mile long. Besides you must remember, they were out in the desert and they would need about 4,000 tons of firewood to cook the food. This would require a few more trains a mile long, just for one day. And to think they were forty years in transit.
